We have exciting news to share! Active Life Dentistry is moving our Cypress office downstairs to Suite 100.

Active Life Dentistry’s goal is to offer the highest-quality dental treatment to our patients. Our growing practice needs more space, and the new facility allows us to provide better service in a more modern and comfortable environment. As an added bonus, the new office will be located on the first floor which means no more stairs!

The relocation and expansion will not change or delay dental treatment. Our business, including website, email and telephones will be fully operational during the moving process. Moving does not always go as scheduled, but we anticipate being in the new office Tuesday, July 5th.

This relocation is possible due to the sustained support of our patients. We are so thankful for your loyalty and commitment during this time of transition, and we look forward to continuing your dental care at the new office!

Active Life Dentistry is pleased to announce the opening of our fourth location at 12710 Grant Road!

Our new Lakewood Office is conveniently located at the corner of Grant and Malcomson Roads, in the same shopping center as Jax Burgers and The Bake Shoppe & Cafe.

Dr. Kendall Moore, DDS will be the primary dentist at our Lakewood office. Dr. Moore is so excited to transition to this location for Active Life Dentistry to provide the same great dental care you’ve come to know and love. Our Lakewood office will be open Mondays and Wednesdays, 7 am-5 pm. In addition, Dr. Moore will continue to see patients at our Cypress location on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Our new office space will benefit both existing and future Active Life Dentistry patients in Cy- Fair. We are happy to provide a spacious environment, new equipment and plenty of parking!
